ATTENTION DRIVERS: If you plan on racing at the Mason City Motor Speedway in 2016 you will be getting checked in every night by Ryne Staley, and he will need your information. We are trying to make the process go a little bit quicker in hopes that you will fill this out and either fax (515) 832-7958, e-mail ryne@masoncitymotorspeedway.com or message us back on Facebook.

If you plan on running for the best-in-the-region year-end points funds, you must have a USRA license.

Here are the following drivers that we already have registration information for: Logan Brown, Dan Tenold, Spencer Cole, Brent Medlin, Jesse Brown, Josh Ruby, Alex Zwanziger, Joe Willier, Jonathon Trunkhill, Nate Chodur, Kyle Germundson and Rick Baxter.

Finally, there is no charge for the track registration. Almost one month away and we're looking forward to seeing all of you drivers, crew members and fans for Test & Tune on Sunday, May 1,  from 4-7 p.m., and then opening night on Sunday, May 15.

The grand opening on Sunday, May 15, will feature Budweiser USRA Modifieds, USRA Stock Cars, USRA B-Mods, USRA Hobby Stocks and Rookies Rockin’ Tuners. Adult spectator admission is $10. Juniors ages 13-16 and seniors 65 and older get in for just $8. Kids 12 and under are free. Pits passes are $25.

The pit gate opens at 4 p.m., spectator gate opens at 5, drivers meeting is set for 6, hot laps begin at 6:30 and the first green flag waves at 7 p.m.

Various special events are also in the planning stages, including shows featuring the USMTS Modifieds, World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Models, FVP National Sprint League, Monster Truck Racing League featuring Big Foot and Bounty Hunter, freestyle motocross, demolition derby and more.

The Mason City Motor Speedway is a semi-banked half-mile clay oval located 5.1 miles east of I-35 at exit 194 on SR 122 (at the North Iowa Fairgrounds).
